Data from the 2022 China Youth Soccer League's U17 and U15 male groups, comprising 69 amateur adolescent soccer athletes, included questionnaire responses (Rosenbaum Concussion Knowledge and Attitudes Survey, Student Version) and semi-structured interviews. The research design for this study integrated a mixed methodology and a cross-sectional study. Descriptive statistics were applied to the analysis of the data, which included scores from the concussion knowledge index (0-25) and concussion attitude index (15-75), both collected via questionnaire.
